Technology Road map
I-KONIC have been involved in many Citrix Implementations, from enterprise cloud implementations, to version upgrades and migrations from other platforms. An area that is often over looked is the process of achieving a successful project on time and within budget. I-KONIC have addressed this by creating our unique Citrix Solution Road Map. During the early stages of most Citrix projects there is some uncertainty about the exact scale of the requirement and the best approach to modernise and/or consolidate systems to best serve the needs of the organisation both operationally and from a cost perspective.
I-KONIC address these requirements by setting out a proposed pathway of definitive stages and actions such as:

This is achieved through partnerships between I-KONIC, our clients and direct vendor engagement where relevant. Guidance will be offered by means of a structured programme of discovery sessions, technical workshops and professional service engagements.
A technology roadmap of engagement is then provided as a first draft which can serve as the basis for future discussion, fine-tuning and agreement.
